Returns & Refunds
Returns for both defective and non-defective products must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
It is the customers responsibility to create a return label and return the product via mail or can reach out to us for a return label at an extra cost.
A refund will be given to your original payment method after the return is complete which will take up to 10 days.
